HOMESTAY AND CULTURAL ADVENTURE

FORDNEPAL volunteers are welcome to the village of scenic beauty called "SANO GAU" surrounded by Religious Places Bajrayogini and Holi River (Sali Nadi) and world heritage site CHANGUNARAYAN TEMLE and HILL at south, the historical OLD city SHANKHU (Shankharapur) at east, a famous water fall SUNDARI JAL at north and a world peace stupa BOUDHANATH at the west. The village having majority of NEWARI people, is just 20 kilometer from the capital city, Katmandu and takes an hour by car.

During their stay in host family, volunteers will get two meals and three times tea a day. The participants will also enjoy the scenic beauty with hiking Changunarayan hill, cheering the life of the rural areas. During that time, volunteers also have the chance to practice Nepali language enjoying the cross-cultural opportunities.

After the village stay, volunteers will have the adventure of WHITE WATER RAFTING in Trisuli River and two nights -three days stay in Royal Chitwan National Park (RCNP). While staying in RCNP, volunteers are involved in Jungle activities and explore its wildlife.
